In November 2017, I began working on geometric tiles to recreate patterns that I’ve seen online and out in the world. I especially like these hexagonal tiles. By rotating one or more tiles and repeating the basic module, a variety of patterns emerge from just one simple tile design. My studio at District Clay Center in Washington, D.C. is home base for this new work. I’m currently considering commissions for interior design projects.
